Base price includes 2 hours of service - any way you choreograph your event. Time starts when you tell us to be ready - for pictures, for bride delivery or guest transport. We are happy to stay as long as you like for your event, any additional time requested is charged per vehicle per hour.
Mileage: Mileage is included for any area within 80 miles of Alder, MT. (Bozeman, Gallatin Gateway, Belgrade, Manhattan, Ennis, Butte) After the initial 80 miles we charge $2.50/mi (one way). We charge $30/hr per truck & trailer for gravel road travel. (Unsteady fuel prices may force a fuel surcharge.)

Reservations: A valid Visa/Mastercard or Discover card is required to secure your date. No charges are made to this card until the time of service. You may pay with check or cash prior to the event. If alternate payment methods are not discussed, we will process charges on the holding card. We enforce a 14 day cancellation policy. 100% of the fee is charged if cancellations are made within that time period.
